They will not refund $201.58 they owe me. They tell you that you need to submit the claim and I tell them to do that but then I never see a refund. I call again and go through the same process. For some unknown reason they did not submit the claim and then have to submit. I wait again for the refund and it never shows up. So now I am going to the trouble of taking them to small claims court and the $201 refund will grow to a lot more and I hope they have to pay my additional costs of filing, etc. They are TERRIBLE.
