My complaint is just like the rest.I've talked to the supervisor (danny) to get my order sent to me an he's still not giving me any answer on my supplies.this has been going on since Feb 6 2014.this company doesnt care about the customer,an their health.Canyon Health care was the same way as this company..This is the only time i will deal with being out of my supplies.Thnks for nothing 101diabetic,,the company is worthless

Do not deal with these people! You will regret it. Trying to get an order delivered from these people has been impossible. All you will accomplish is running your blood pressure up. I am shopping for a new diabetic testing supply company. Enough is enough!

We have been trying to get Paula's supplies since Dec 13th. We were switched here from Canyon Medical. Three times I have gotten hold of someone who assures me that they will be in within 3 or 4 days. Paula has been without testing supplies for almost a month.
I don't know how to resolve this, as it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone live. Our Dr. has contacted them with the same results. Does anyone know of a more responsive source for supplies?

Same as everyone else. It has been well over a month since contact. I have left 5 message (1 a week) still nothing? no call back, no mail order, nothing. What gives ? How do you contact someone at this company?

Appears my experience is the same as everyone else. I called last week, got a vm and left a message. Over 24 hours later and I called back - finally reached a live person. Went through all the questions, was promised my doctor would be sent request for Rx next day - They don't stock/supply my "Compact" unit, so would have to switch. One week later, he still has not received it. Again I call and get vm. I told them last week that I was down to last five tests. I signed up, but if I EVER DO hear from them, I will cancel. Horrible service. Yea Medicare - this is the substandard service we have paid into our entire life for. Woo-hoooooo!

Was told by Canyon Healthcare that my info/acct had been transferred to 101 Diabetic Supplies. Long story short, a month later, I still do not have supplies and have left numerous messages for a call back.

Have been trying to get diabetic test supplies since 12/16/2013. On 01/03/2014 I did get to talk to a LIVE person who went over information and said that items would be shipped that day. A week later I can NOT get any one to tell me where my supplies are and calls are never returned.

I thought it ws me but find most everyone reviewing is saying the same thing...they answer they are the best or led to believe that but they are the worst...when dealing with someone who needs the product they are selling they handle the customer very poorly. I see why we the patient is forced to go to these people they must have been low bidder which is an example of what we can expect in all areas with the "new health care " we have been forced to accept. I am going else where I have not had good response but then maybe only a voice on the machine and one other person works there.

When I was informed last June that diabetic testing supplies now needed to be ordered from new Medicare approved suppliers. Liberty was no longer an option for me. Of the available Medicare approved suppliers, only Jade Diabetic was offering One Touch Ultra testing strips which my meter required. I therefore signed up with them. In early July, I got a box full of a new meter (not one Touch), different testing strips, etc., not from Jade but from Canyon. I called and was told Canyon was part of Jade. They sent me a return label to ship the incorrect supplies back and they shipped me the correct One Touch Ultra. In October, I called to order resupplies for lancets and test strips and was referred to 101 Diabetic as the supplier handling Medicare. I left several voice mails with no responses from 101. I kept calling and FINALLY reached a human being who told me they didn't have the One Touch Ultra test strips! I then told them to take my name off their list of customers and was told I wasn't even on their list! I then called Arriva (who was the successor to Liberty) and explained I wished to switch to them for my testing supplies as 101 customer service was no good and they didn't even have the test strips I needed. Arriva expedited shipping the proper strips and lancets as well as a new meter and control solution and I got them with 2 remaining test strips! I am staying with Arriva.
Surprisingly over a week later I received a phone call from 1o1 Diabetic saying they were returning my call! I told them I was no longer a customer of theirs and hope that is the end of it!

In July, I had originally changed over to Jade Diabetic Supplies. I was informed that Canyon Healthcare was assisting them in fulfilling orders. When it came time to refill my supplies in late September, I called and I was given the number for 101 Diabetic. I called and was told that they needeed to establish me as a new member. My information was reviewed and it was in order. I called on Oct. 17th to check on my order but nothing shipped and was told it would be shipped out immediately. Called again on Nov. 5th and they didn't what happened but would reship order. I called once again on Nov. 25th but I got same info that they do not understand why my supplies have not been shipped if all information is on file and correct. This is not helpful at all since I have been buying supplies out of my pocket since October.

I was called approx 3wks ago to set up a new member order. I was told it would be shipped out the next day. Here it is 3wks later, I'm totally out of all supplies & I visited the physician yesterday to find out I have a hemaglobin A1C of 10.9 & my kidneys are shutting down. 101 Diabetic Supply's incompitance is to blame & medicare needs to back out of contracting this inadiquate supplier. I WILL NOT DEPEND ON 101 DIABETIC SUPPLY FOR ANY SUPPLIES & THEY CAUSED MY KIDNEY FAILURE

My wife has been trying since September to get some supplies form 101 Diabetic. Now she is out of test strips and keep calling them only to get an automated response. She tries everyday and leaves a message for a call back and never receives a call. She is out of test strips and can't get any satisfaction from 101 Diabetic. She called the doctor's office today and was told that the last time they had heard from anyone (Canyon) was in August. She sees her doctor tomorrow and is seriously thinking about changing suppliers. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I have the same problem. This company never answers their phone, never returns phone calls and I have been waiting for more than a month to receive my supplies.

I have read the reviews and have had a completely different experience than most. I contacted 101 Diabetic supplies at 855-636-4603 and left a voice mail. The call was promptly returned and I order my supplies. They said they would ship my supplies in 48 -72 hours however must have shipped the same day as I received my supplies two (2) days later. Fantastic experience and great customer service. I would certainly recommend this company.

I have been dealing with this company for a month and half with no results. My Dr faxed to them at least 4 times. Now no is changed so that you can't talk to a person, just say that they will return call. Still no supplies. Today says that order is in process, which I don't believe. I will call Medicare and make complaint that they are recommending this company.

I also have called this no. 855-636_4603 several times. I have left a call back number, but no call back or response of any kind. I need my testing supplies. Since I have not had any response I will have my Dr. give me a script so I can get them elsewhere.

Up to this point customer service has been good with the company calling ME. As I have not heard from them and supplies are running low I tried calling the 855 636 4603 number only to be on hold for an hour and no LIVE PERSON. The phone $ listed on this website is NO LONGER IN SERVICE. I am truly disappointed with this experience. Let's see if I get a return call.

This company never answers their phone, never returns phone calls and I have been waiting for more than a month to receive my supplies. Don't sign up with them. It will be a big mistake and save yourself a great deal of aggravation. Horrible!!!!!

My mother has been trying to get supplies through this company for literally three months. They are a joke. Move on to another company. I had to step in because I feel they are taking advantage of her. They keep saying that it is coming another 60 days. This company should be investigated.

Same story as the others;I have been calling 101 diabetic for over a week with no response to my vm. It was taking forever to get my re-order from Canyon, only to find out that they have no record of my reorder; all info is now with 101 diabetic. Meanwhile I am on my last vial of steps. I'm calling another company right now!

I see that many of you are having trouble getting good customer service. Just as I thought she would be, Amelia was true to her word and my husband's supplies arrived last Thursday September 19. Couldn't be happier with the service I got from 101 Diabetic Supplies' Amelia.

I am having the same problems with this company. I have signed up with them and no supplies yet. I have been calling for 3 days and had to leave messages with no one returning my calls. I am out of supplies and cannot afford to buy them. My old company tried to screw me over so I cancelled them. I am going to call Arriva right now. I just talked to them earlier today and they seemed very nice.

What a fiasco this has been!!! After much hassle between the Dr and 101 Diabetic supplies trying to get home delivery; I come down to the wire and only need confirmation that I will receive them--only to get no answer at 101. You get put on hold forever and then when you hit the # key to leave a msg. you get told no one is available!!! Outrageous--shopping some place else!!!

I signed up with them in June and quickly received my supplies. At that time they were Jade Diabetic Group LLC but any time I spoke with them they called themselves Canyon Healthcare. They called, I assume to see if I was ready for more supplies a couple of weeks ago and said they were with Canyon Healthcare. I wasn't home so my wife tried to get them to call my cell but they said they didn't want to bother me.
I finally tried to call them last week and when I called Canyon Healthcare the automated system immediately told me they're no longer associated with 101 Diabetic Supplies which apparently is the new name of Jade. I spoke with someone at Canyon and they said they'd parted ways with Canyon and they showed no record of calling me and had no reason to.
So I called 101 Diabetic Supply and had the same problem someone else mentioned with the full mailbox.
I went out of town for a few days and when I got home I tried to call them again and had the same problem.
I'm nearly out of supplies so I gave up and just signed up with another supplier.

My wife has been trying for several days to get ahold of someone only to be told that all of the representatives are busy and not being able to leave a message as the mailbox is full. She needs to find out if she can get started and the information has been received by her doctor. She is about ready to go to another supplier

I just called to see about my husband's supplies because I thought they should have arrived by now. I spoke with a VERY nice, knowledgeable and helpful lady who says she will get the supplies shipped out today. I know people can tell you just anything but I have a feeling Amelia is a lady of her word. I'll be very surprised if she doesn't come through.

I experienced over a month of evasion and misleading promises before they finally admitted that not only did they not have my test strips in stock, the manufacturer would not be dealing with them any more. They promised to send a new meter and strips from another manufacturer,but when I called to check they had done so I found that they had not yet started the process. I will never willingly deal with these people again.
