I had a new patient appointment scheduled for July 22, 2025 at 9:30. I received 4 text messages to confirm the date and time which I did and also filled out the on-line request for specific patient information. I was at the receptionist desk at 9:23 and was told I was "late" on account of the requirement that new patients come 15 minutes before their appointment. This so called rule was never put in writing in any of the text messages. There was 1 patient in the waiting room. I was further advised that Dr. Ashley Rhodes would not see me and I would have to reschedule. In other words, my time means absolutely nothing and I have no intention of subjecting my health to such a provider. I actually feel lucky I found out upfront how this practice views the patient relationship.
