I had an initial phone interview. She canceled last minute on our 1st appt due to a family emergency and was not able to reschedule for at least 2 weeks later. Then we had one appt in person (2nd scheduled). She again canceled last minute on the 3rd appt. When she texted to reschedule, I asked for a short phone conversation to clarify expectations. She texted back that she had a health condition and that maybe it wouldn't be a good fit for me. It seems more like she does not have the capacity to offer the bare minimum of making and keeping appts with clients and lacked the accountability or clarity to say that up front. Otherwise, she was kind and attentive in the 1 of 3 appts we did have. I would not recommend investing time and trust into an inconsistent exchange.
