Had a scheduled call with Nicole that she was late to. I was asking her some questions about insurance to see if my insurance would be able to cover any of her session fees through out-of-network reimbursement rates, or if she would take insurance in the future. Regardless of the answer, I would have still been interested in scheduling appointments with her, as I just wanted some clarification first. However, she hung up mid-call and never got back to me. It's baffling that someone whose job is to help people would behave like this.
