My experience with Giovanni has been disappointing and frustrating. As someone navigating ADHD, I was seeking a supportive, responsive, and empathetic partnership—especially when it came to documentation and follow-through for workplace accommodations. Unfortunately, I encountered repeated delays, lack of responsiveness, errors in documents, and minimal support, which added stress to an already challenging process.
Communication was inconsistent, and when I followed up for clarification or help, I often felt dismissed rather than understood. I want to be clear that I never asked for findings to be changed—only for appropriate documentation based on existing information. That distinction was repeatedly ignored.
I had hoped to work with someone who would be a collaborator in my care. Instead, I often felt alone in advocating for myself. I would not recommend this provider to others seeking thoughtful or timely support for managing ADHD.
