I engaged with Dr. Divya Babbar during a particularly difficult phase in my marriage, hoping for professional guidance and support. While she did offer some helpful insights, the delivery often felt judgmental and, at times, intensified an already sensitive situation. I also perceived a tendency to favor one side of the narrative, which made it challenging to feel fully heard and supported.
When I raised concerns about how the sessions were being conducted, she offered to discuss the approach and structure of the therapy. However, this discussion itself was billed as a session despite not involving any substantive therapeutic engagement, which was disappointing.
Overall, the experience felt more harsh than supportive during a time when a compassionate and empathetic approach was most needed. While there was some value in the perspectives shared, the lack of a consistently safe and nonjudgmental environment made the process difficult.
