I have used this America's Best location for fifteen years. By accident, I went to the optometrist across the street. I was diagnosed with both cataracts and dry eye syndrome. These conditions had never been mentioned to me by America's Best optometrist. Concerned, I returned to America's Best to discuss these findings. To my surprise and disappointment, he lied and said I did not have dry eyes. Now I have Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD). Even more troubling, America's Best optometrist asked if I experienced headaches. When I replied no, he did not explain his concern. I later learned that he had seen signs of my cornea cracking but chose not to inform me. I was diagnosed with nuclear cataracts across the street. Once again, this was something America's Best optometrist never mentioned or addressed, despite regular check-ups and examinations over the years. The optometrist at America's Best is either dumb, evil, or both. I am trying to warn others.
