used a tele med service from work and got this person. I used the system multiple times wiht no issues. with her i received a bill even thought the tele med service is free under my insurance. They claimed I owed $25, I called my insurance and explained what happened. They reached out and payed the balance. One month later i received a bill for $30 which showed my insurance paid the $25. Now they claim I owe $30 due to an adjustment. DO NOT USE HER OR LIVE HEALTH ONLINE I REPORTED IT FOR INSURANCE FRAUD AND WILL UPDATE
