I had a very negative experience with Nora Bishop, the assistant at Mark Buchanan’s office, during my visit on Monday, June 16th. I came in for help with prostatitis symptoms, and from the moment I started explaining my medical history, she acted annoyed and dismissive. At one point, she looked at me and said, “And what do you want us to do with this?” - something I’ve never heard from a medical professional before. It was rude, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was wasting her time just by asking for care.
Her attitude set the tone for the entire visit, which only got worse. I left feeling completely disrespected and without any real medical help.
If you’re looking for compassionate, professional care, I’d strongly recommend finding another provider — one where the staff actually listens and treats patients with basic respect.
