I cannot recommend this organization for the care of your loved ones due to several serious concerns. These concern are internal and with patient experiences. There have been significant delays in response times regarding patient care from the Owner/Administrator, Sandra Francois, RN. There are instances of falsified documentation and discrepancies between statements and tangible evidence. Misleading statements have been made about employees.

While I have heard ongoing complaints regarding the responsiveness of the Medical Director, I personally did not find this to be the case, which led me to question the negative remarks directed toward her. The HR Director, Lenda, has unprofessional behavior and has failed to ensure accurate payment for employees.

As a professional committed to ethical standards, I made the difficult decision to resign. It is essential for me to work in a role where I can genuinely assist those in need rather than exploit their vulnerabilities. I possess irrefutable documentation to support these claims and my sincere hope is that the organization can address these issues and ultimately provide quality services.
