ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I have been making payments per payment plan set up by the ER to what I assumed was the whole bill amount for an ER visit. Come to find out that there was a second charge separate from the ER itself. No mail received, no phone calls to the number on the account. Nothing but a summons for a court hearing to settle my debt with DCI. This company is horrible with communication.
The billing company they use are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. They keep sending me a bill with my name spelled incorrectly which is why it is getting rejected by insurance. I am now on the phone with them for the 4th time to correct this issue.
I have had to call numerous times trying to get a bill, that started showing up beginning of May, submitted to Federal Workers Comp. I have provided them with the Case number. Instructed them of the website and phone # to submit their bill too.(Which they say that they don't have access) This was for a date of service 08/16/24, physicians ER bill. The Facility bill was paid the following month Sept 2024 thru Federal Workers Comp!!!!.
Do Better!!!
Same problem with billing. Got one bill, one notice, then went to DCI Collections. Tried calling them 5 times and left voicemails. They say they have NO RECORD but it shows in my call logs on my phone bill. They end up getting a judgement and pushing it through to garnish my paycheck. No one can afford to have their wages garnished especially these days.
