  Review for UNITED IMAGING & DIAGNOSTICS

  Very poor experience with this company, who sends their technician to your primary care doctor's office. Their technician who performed an abdominal ultrasound was unprofessional, with very poor bedside manners, was on his phone before and after the procedure, barely spoke any English, very rude when I asked questions; the procedure took him a few minutes at best. I had ultrasounds performed before and this was by far the fastest ever with the ultrasound probe barely moving on my body. Results came back and their radiologist could not see a lot of items on the recording because of the technician rushing. Among items not seen, there were gallstones detected by a previous ultrasound performed by others, which were not seen by the current radiologist based on United Imaging's field recording. Gallstones do not disappear, especially my having symptoms confirmed by the previous ultrasound. United Imaging was dismissive of our complains and only cared to be paid. Big disappointment, waste of time and money. I do not recommend.
