Unfortunately, care at PEMA care home deteriorated over time. The adult family home advertised itself as "care over checklists" but the following occurred:
1. Cost-cutting measures on food and no food schedules.
2. Being forced fed food and fed babyfood on one occasion.
3. Room entrances without consent
4. Duct tape placed over my heating adjustment in my room.
5. Guilting tactics for not eating food such as "food costs a lot of money" eat up!
6. Discontinuing rides for medical appointments
7. Defensiveness in feedback about anything.
8. They tried to get me to take an allergy medicine that had a blackbox warning for depression against my consent.
