Dr. Manley was the attending audiologist at my mother's assisted living facility in New York a few years ago. We have been unable to get her audiology records for over a year. We understand that Dr. Manley left NY to practice in Maine. When we finally contacted Dr. Manley in Maine, she rushed us off the phone telling us she sold her practice in Larchmont, NY to Miracle Ear. She was very unhelpful and unprofessional. Also, my mother's hearing aids have never worked and we had no recourse to address this. Very frustrating experience.

I am fortunate that my first visit to an audiologist was at MDI Hearing. Karen Manley is a highly trained professional as well as a kind, friendly person. She diagnosed my hearing loss and loaned me a pair of hearing aids to try out before I got my own pair.
