I have reported Wellness DME LLC to Medicare. Medicare paid Wellness DME LLC $1287.24 which they will recover. The claim that this company made to Medicare is a fraudulent claim. I have never seen Dr. Robert H..McConville and I have never been treated for diabetes and have never received any equipment from this company. Medicare fraud is a federal crime. This company will have to deal with the Federal Govenment.
This company Charged Medicare $1641.86 for Medical equipment. They said that Robert H. McConville, MD ordered this medical equipment for me because of their claim that I have diabetes. Well, first of all I have never been to Robert H. McConville and I do not have diabetes and have never received any medical equipment from this company. Apparently, Medicare has already send them a check for $1287.24 for medical equipment that I have never received and that I do not need. The statement from Medicare said that I may be billed $328.36 (my deductible). I am calling Medicare on Monday morning, July 7, 2015 to report this fraud.
