Tony and Katie at the 4120 Laurel Street Genoa are so mean, unprofessional, makes fun of people and calls names. If you try to talk they just make the decision to hold your meds and lie to your doctor. Constantly they do this. Told them needed the meds and their answer was "well druggie you're sketchy, no meds" because I was traveling and didn't show him my plane tickets.
Cussed at my mom, bad talked about me and my doctor and then lies and dodges phone calls and won't ever apologize or take responsibility for being a dictator victim that will say "you're being disrespectful" Tony loves loves to say "well then we just won't give you your meds, get out and tell your dumb doctor I'm not comfortable" I have had seizures cause this man and they hide anything negative from their managers.
