I have mixed reviews about this company, the first person transported me was talkative and kind he then asked me to request the company for him to become my preferred driver, when I did, he was no longer available. the second driver was kind of rude. The 3rd driver caused me to miss my appointment time to check in, and they were only coming from 13 miles away. the 4th driver was excellent and I asked her if she wouldn't might becoming my preferred driver. she told me that was fine, and that even her mother would be willing to drive me if she wasn't available. she told me she text me her and her mother's name's for the preferred. requests. She never did. Very disappionted.....
