This is the worst Company ever they left me Stranded in Chillicothe Ohio. Access2care called them multiple times I contacted them they wouldn't even answer the phone. The woman who called me to tell me my ride would be picking me up an hour earlier because they had to pick up someone else along the way that was a lie. I got dropped off to my Dr. Appointment and the guy left said he had to pick up someone else and never came back. Access2care filed a Complaint against them then took them 3 hours to find another ride to get me home. The guy that picked me up has his own company called Kool Moves Transport his name is Paul he was the best Person ever his number is 740-649-8352I recommend them and to never use Ossai ever
