There should be an option for no stars. Had a total of 3 rides by this company, 2 to the pharmacy which went well and 1 to the doctor. The last guy said he'd wait, then texted me rushing me because he wanted to pick up another person so I had to cut my appointment short and reschedule (which my doctor was busy for the next 3 weeks). Then 2 weeks in a row they were supposed to pick me up for appointments but at the last minute (which happened to be during the weekend) they canceled the ride and I wasn't even informed so I had to reschedule both appointments. They don't call or show up so if you're on Medicaid, make sure they know NOT to match you with IDP Melissa Lynn aka five star medical transportation llc. I am not the only person they have pulled a "no call, no show" on as well but I WILL make sure others know what a crappy company they are and I will keep posting bad reviews of them everywhere I can so that maybe other who have had bad experiences will also post. Maybe Medicaid will stop using them.
