Driver was incompetent. Late and lost, playing with the GPS and driving at same time. Almost had accident near Jackson memorial hospital due to lack of attention. Van #12.

This company has been repeatedly late picking up our dialysis patient, two days in a row. Despite confirming pickup 30 minutes before treatment, they arrived over an hour late each time, giving repeated “20 more minutes” excuses. Our patient leaves treatment extremely weak, and this level of unreliability is unacceptable.
