  Review for QUICK PICK TRANSPORTATION LLC

  This company recently started providing rides for medical transport here in Wilkesboro. We have had nothing but issues with this company and in particular the driver Badungo (no clue if that is how you spell his name). Prior to being placed by insurance with this company we had no issues for over two years riding with Wilkes transportation. Our first ride with this man he showed up to the wrong address and was calling to tell us we were going to get a no show. It was hard to communicate because English isn't his first language, but we eventually directed him to our house. I got in the back seat of his vehicle and was immediately appalled by the water bottles filled with a yellow liquid (....probably urine....) rolling around under the front seat and into the back. After getting us to our appointment we had to wait for over an hour to be picked back up. Apparently it is normal for the company to overschedule this driver so it is still profitable for them to come all the way from Charlotte every day. He eventually picked us up and we breathed a sigh of relief at the potential bullet we had dodged....until they decided to schedule our ride with his company again. Even though this driver had already been to our address, he went to the wrong house for the second time, however this time he left for good and we were penalized with our insurance with a no show because he refused to fully admit his mistake and come back. We called our insurance and basically begged to be switched back to Wilkes Transportation and were told we basically have no choice but to ride with this company if we are placed with them. I write this post to hopefully warn others, that do have a choice, about this company. We got no where in attempting to speak to their main office because like our driver, they had trouble speaking and understanding English over the phone...total nightmare...would NOT recommend.
