I'm extremely disappointed with the level of communication and service at Allure Gynecology. They sent me an important message about my procedure only by text from unknown phone number - no email, no phone call, no voicemail, not even a general reminder. Naturally, I missed that text. Instead of making any real effort to reach out or clarify the situation, they went straight to sending me a termination letter.
This kind of cold, careless approach shows a total lack of respect or concern for patients. For a medical office, it's absolutely unacceptable. If Allure Gynecology believes that a single text message counts as adequate communication, they seriously need to rethink their standards of patient care.
