I was a patient with Paincare, which then changed their name to Granite State Pain Associates, then this company bought them out. Within 4 months, everyone quit, walked out the door.
They have 18 years of my records which I can't get a hold of anyone to get. They've also left me with no refills on my medications, giving me time to find another doctor. One of those medications are fentanyl, which I've been on for 15 years. Who does this to people? No return phone calls, the office manager still works there, the doctors and their associates walked out.
