I called on 06-24-25 to inquire about getting an ADHD screening. The receptionist 'listened' to my inquiry, took my information, and told me someone would call me back later that week. I never received a call.I followed up again on 06-30-25 and was told the same thing ? to expect a call that week. Once again, no one followed up.Today, 07-07-25, I called for a third time and was finally told that you don?t offer the screening I need.This has been a complete waste of time. If I had been told that upfront during my first call, this all could have been avoided.
